By using SystemWise services you agree to these terms. Read carefully — these govern access and use of our products and services.

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SystemWise platform, services and related products ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

SystemWise provides an all-in-one business automation platform including CRM, lead capture, WhatsApp automation, landing pages, appointment booking, invoicing, ads integration, analytics and related features. We may modify, update or discontinue features with notice.

3. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during registration and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account; notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
  • Do not use Services for spam, unlawful or offensive content.

4. Fees, Billing & Cancellation

  • Paid features require payment of applicable fees. Subscription plans are listed on our site or purchase agreement.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable except as required by our Refund Policy or applicable law.
  • Cancel per your plan rules; cancellation alone does not guarantee refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, software, designs and content provided by SystemWise remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services under these Terms.

6. Data, Privacy & Security

We process and store user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your end-users for processing their data via the platform.

7. Third-Party Services

SystemWise integrates with third-party services (payment gateways, messaging providers, ad platforms). Use of those providers is subject to their terms; SystemWise is not liable for third-party actions or failures.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Except as expressly stated, SystemWise disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SystemWise’s liability for claims arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you to SystemWise in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SystemWise and its affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Termination does not relieve payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
